Learn African Languages (COMING SOON)

According to Manny Otiko, “Learning an African language would go a long way to break down barriers between Americans and Africans. And for Black people, who are trying to get in touch with the culture of their ancestors, learning a language would be a significant step in the right direction.” - Atlanta Black Star, 11/15/15

“The bilingual rate amongst African Americans is 7.4%. The remaining 92.6%, speak only English, including people who arrived here from African countries.” -Denverpost.com, 5/1/06

Your donation to this program will ensure Pursuit of African Roots retain dedicated bilingual tutors to teach conversational, beginner, intermediate, and advance level classes.
